Customer Relation Management (CRM)

As the number of clients grows, manually tracking customer interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and points of contact (POCs) becomes increasingly difficult. When dozens of clients are being managed simultaneously, it can be challenging to remember important details such as scheduled meetings, pending follow-ups, communication history, and ongoing opportunities.

To address this challenge, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system has been introduced. CRM provides a centralized platform for managing client information, tracking interactions, scheduling activities, monitoring opportunities, and maintaining a complete record of customer relationships. This helps teams stay organized, improve communication, and ensure that no important client activity is overlooked.
